Who we are
OURO Putters is a trade name of Broadside Barn LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. References to “OURO,” “we,” or “us” on this site mean Broadside Barn LLC doing business as OURO Putters.
Work in progress, honestly labeled
OURO putters shown here are in development. Specifications marked as targets are engineering intent, not promises; measured values are labeled as measured. Designs, specs, timelines, and availability can change as prototypes move through testing — that’s the point of the process. Reserving interest costs nothing and obligates neither of us: it holds your place in line, not a contract of sale.
Nothing here is a sale (yet)
Until a product page says otherwise, nothing on this site is an offer to sell. When we do begin selling, purchase terms, pricing, and warranty will be stated clearly at the point of sale.
Our work is ours
The OURO name, the Player’s Eye mark, and the designs, text, images, and research writing on this site belong to Broadside Barn LLC. Read it, share links to it, quote it with credit — just don’t pass it off as yours or use it commercially without asking.
No warranties on the website itself
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will be error-free, and we aren’t liable for damages arising from its use to the fullest extent the law allows.
